Biography
Natalie Valencia leads Talent Acquisition at ETR, leading and executing full-cycle recruitment and the employee experience with a focus on diversity and inclusivity. Natalie comes to us with several years of experience in the Human Resources field, both in the non-profit and the for-profit sector. Fluent in both English and Spanish and a queer, first-generation, LatinX woman of color, Natalie is a proponent for equal rights, diversity, and inclusivity, welcoming the values and lived experiences of others.
In 2021 Natalie received her Talent Acquisition Specialty Credentials through SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management). Natalie also co-leads ETR’s internal DIB (Diversity, Inclusivity, and Belonging) workgroup facilitating the growth and strength of justice, equity, diversity, accessibility, and inclusion in all areas of our organization. Her work at ETR is carried out in a human-centered approach consistent with ETR’s mission, values, and cultural norms, which align with her very own.
