Biography
As the Finance and Compliance Manager for ETR, Crystal is responsible for the development and implementation of the awards management and compliance activities. This will include resource planning, grants and contract management, and project management to optimize ETR’s resources and support project leads. Crystal has over twenty years of experience in grants, contracts, finance, and accounting. Crystal has a passion for process improvement and organizational sustainability. She is committed to helping ETR achieve its goals by developing automated, sustainable solutions for the finance department and ensuring compliance with all internal and external funders. Organizational collaboration is a key component of moving ETR forward and Crystal thrives on that interaction.
Crystal has her MBA from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with an emphasis in International Business and Finance. In her free time, you will find Crystal traveling and spending time with friends and family.
